1. Eligibility

• By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

• You agree not to share your password or allow others to use your account.

• You may create multiple profiles (e.g., as a job seeker and as a talent seeker) under one account, but each must comply with these Terms.

3. Platform Use

You agree to use Tashbeek only for lawful purposes, including:

• Connecting with professionals, job seekers, and businesses.

• Posting and applying for projects.

• Collaborating on projects and sharing professional content.

• Managing finances, invoices, and contracts via the dashboard.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

• Upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you post (text, images, videos, etc.).

• By posting, you grant Tashbeek a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the Platform.

• Public profiles may display Username, portfolio, awards, and availability, but not personal contact information unless you choose to share it privately.

5. Payments & Financial Tools

• Payments between users are subject to our payment processing terms and applicable laws, including Saudi VAT compliance.

• You are responsible for providing accurate financial details and complying with tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

• Tashbeek is not liable for late or failed payments between users but may provide dispute resolution support.

6. Partnerships & Government Programs

• If you engage with institutional or government programs through Tashbeek, you agree to follow the terms set by those entities in addition to these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• All Tashbeek branding, trademarks, software, and designs are owned by Tashbeek or its licensors.

• You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Termination of Account

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the Platform.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

• Tashbeek is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee specific job offers, project outcomes, or earnings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tashbeek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of laws.
